 Review

I didn't like this book, I loved it.Actually it's impossible not to love any Jay McLean book out there. The story was so beautifully written, so captivating and also evoked heartfelt emotions.
The characters, Chloe and Blake, seem to be from two different worlds at first. She is the invisible girl, reluctant to build relations with the people around her because of a troubled past, whereas he is the popular jock who seems to have it all, but who hides secrets of his own.
One chance meeting in the park brings them together and makes them realize that not everything is as it seems. They meet again, at school this time, and Blake is baffled to find out that Chloe is actually a classmate.Chloe doesn't want to let Blake in, but slowly and with a little bit of determination on his part, he manages to break down her walls and to see the real Chloe. And so begins a beautiful love story, although they both deny it at first because of one big obstacle, Chloe's plan, The Road.
I liked that the intimacy and the connection between them was slowly built because I was able to appreciate their journey more.Chloe helps Blake to mend his relationship with his mother and to follow his dreams, and Blake shows Chloe what true love is and that hope never dies.
There is also one extremely lovable character who will steal your heart with his story: Josh, but I'll let you find more about him in the book.
If you want a book that will turn your world red, try Where the Road Takes Me ASAP!
